Ala Carni is a company specialized in deboning and processing of beef and veal, production of smoked pork meat and corned/cooked beef (also carne salada and roasted beef).
The clients we supply are mostly big supermarket chains and traditional/collective catering companies.
We guarantee full traceability of all goods, from breeding to distribution; in particular beef meat comes from European companies carefully selected.
Actually veal meat comes from Italy.
In addition, we offer our customers a broad product line of smoked pork, processed and cooked by us, and cured beef (carne salada, pickled tongue) and roasted beef.
We offer classic industrial cuts and our willingness to ensure special processing according to the different needs of our customers.
